I am a UX Designer based in Pawtucket, RI with my BFA and over 20 years of experience in Graphic Design, 3 years of UX Design, and a passion for helping others.
I love learning about people, their struggles, and what I can do to help them achieve their goals. With my background in graphic design and a keen interest in psychology, UX Design has been something that I have found my passion in and enjoy doing every day.
When not conducting empathetic research or designing a functional interface I can be found walking my 80lb Goldendoodle around the neighborhood, riding my bicycle down the East Bay Bike Path, or reading books to my 2 young children at a local Library.
Creative, hardworking designer seeks similar for long-term commitment towards creating high-functional prototypes.

She is creative to the core. She revamped the entire website and mobile app, identifying bottlenecks, creating a positive experience with ease and creating less steps, giving the consumer a clear call to action. Jacqueline’s knowledge and expertise made for a well-developed vision and outstanding experience to the challenges that were set before her. Thank you, Jacqueline, I will be recommending you moving forward!
Feedback from Software Developers during a retrospective:
Feedback from Informatics Manager from yearly review:
Jacque's people focus has always been one of her most evident strengths. Outside of her ability to develop important relationships, Jacque is demonstrating People Focused behaviors that set her up for future leadership. Jacque is acting like a leader in UX - challenging (appropriately) other leaders in order to gain better insight into her work and tasks. She's able to use that additional information to inform others on her team to help them in their work as well.
Jacque recognizes that accessibility experience is of major importance for the inclusivity of our products, and is committed to bringing accessible designs to light.
Jacque has leveraged pandemic working to open up a new line of communication across local and international teams for the purposes of collaborating on UX concepts. Not only does this demonstrate her ability to engage cross-site and cross-functionally, it also demonstrates her versatility and ability to get a job done.
As is a bit of a theme with her, Jacque has developed key relationships across the business in order to bring insight and input into a unified guide. This diversity of opinions and applications enables her to consider the design implications of a number of applications; from traditional desktop use to kiosk use, to potential mobile-first solutions.
